where can I buy the Shanghai metro ticket for 48-hour combo ticket, CNY300?

we will be staying at Courtyard Marriott Hotel near Century Avenue station, where is the nearest place where we can buy the 48 hour combo ticket of cny300?

You mean the Big Bus Tours Fare right? You can purchase the tickets at any of bus stop. According to the location of your hotel, the nearest one is Oriental Pearl Tower Bus Stop.
