About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Guandong (Gungzhou) to Macau

Will it be possible to fly to Guangzhou Banin airport from Europe and under the 144 hours visa leave to Macau by a boat or ground. There are no flights from Guangzhou to Macau.

Yes, you are perfectly allowed to do that. To organize your itinerary, you will have to book your ferry ticket from Shenzhen Shekou port to Macau on TurboJet ferry website online in advance. You will have to book this trip and you will receive an e-confirmation in your email inbox that you will print out and use during your check-in process in Europe and again in Guangzhou upon landing when applying for 144 hour entry permit. Also, you will need this e-confirmation when collecting a real ticket for your travel from Shekou to Macau. Please, just keep in mind that you will have to stay in Guangdong province for at least 25 hour to be eligible for 144 hour visa free transit.

Between Guangzhou and Shenzhen you will easily travel by train or bus, that you can buy a ticket while in Guangzhou.
