Belgian citizens don't need any kind of visa to enter or to transit in Hong Kong. Although Hong Kong is part of China, it has its own, autonomous immigration policy, so all these rules and situations that we here discuss about are not related to Hong Kong transits, but just about China mainland one. Basically, you can imagine Hong Kong transit in your case as if you were making a transit in Madrid when flying from Brussels to Lisbon via Madrid :)

Enjoy your travel. All you need is just a valid passport. Nothing else.
