what are the documents needed to get family visa ?

I live in China, holding student residence permit... i am pregnant and my Mom is planning to come in china for care during the childbirth...

The required documents include valid passport, application form and recent photo, your invitation letter, copy of your passport and residence permit in China, and your birth cerificate.
