Apply visa in Japan

Hello I am a Vietnamese citizen currently living in Kobe as spouse visa. I am planing to visit China for about 1 week. Can I apply for visiting visa in Japan if I just fly to China from Japan one way and fly to my country directly from China? What kind of documents do I need to prepare?

An, you can apply in Japan. The required documents include valid passport, application form and recent photo, visa in Japan, round trip flight tickets and hotel reservation.
