Hello, I accepted for PhD program in a Chinese university

also i just graduated of master in same university. But my visa will be expired end of this month and my visa documents for PhD will be released early August. They won’t accept to extend my visa here in china until my documents released. So i need to go to hong kong and wait there until my documents released. I want to apply there for my visa. My question is how can i get the hong kong visa in china as student with less than a week of student visa.

Mori, you may change your student type to tourist type at local PSB so as to stay in China for one month. Then apply for Hong Kong visa as the process usually takes 4 weeks. The requirements for Hong Kong tourist type include valid passport, application from and recent photo, round trip flight tickets, hotel reservation, financial standing proof, and itinerary in Hong Kong.
