I am travelling from Shanghai to hong kong via cruise with an Indian passport

And the immigration for the cruise starts at 11:30 am and departs from the port at 4:30 pm. But my flight lands in shanghai at 3:30 pm the previous day am i still eligible for the 24 hour transit visa?
