About:I Ching (The Book of Changes)

Gemini Dog and trying to decide to leave my current employment for new opportunities.

Is this a good time - specifically this month July 2019 or perhaps August? Changes at the company after successful 30+ years are happening due to owner change. I am ready if I decide it is time to do, but wonder if I am likely to be a key figure in the new leadership of my current company. Thank you for your help - best wishes to you.
