About:China High Speed Train

Can I cancel tickets and get a full refund if we finally decided to cancel the trip?

We used to planning a trip for October this year, but we are not sure if we will be finally make the trip due to the coronavirus. If we place an order of train tickets in advance, let saw 2 months beforehand, but finally had to cancel them. Can we get a full refund?
