Do I have to pick up my baggage and check in again for my transit?

I am a passenger of China Eastern Airlines (MU 566) which departs from Changi Airport Singapore to Kimhae Airport Busan by transit in Pudong Airport with a different flight code. I will have 4 hours wait at Pudong terminal 1. Do I have to pick up my baggage and check in again for my transit? What should I do?
