About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Double stopover in China

Hello, I am flying from TPE to SFO with two stopovers in China>
TPE to Fuzhou (transit 4hours waiting), then Fuzhou to Qingdao on the same day (transit 2 hours wait) and finally from Qingdao to SFrancisco. Do I need a visa or it is completly needless since I will just be connecting flights and not leaving the airport transit areas?

You either need a transit or a tourist visa as Fuzhou isn't eligible for TWOV.
