Chinese Business Visa Query

I am an NZ citizen travelling to China for work.
I'm just wondering what I need to support my China Business visa application.
We are doing a sales mission visiting different clients, however it is organised via our Singapore Regional Office. So I can't supply either:
1). Invitation letter issued by a Chinese business or trade partner.
2). Invitation letter or confirmation letter of invitation issued by duly authorized Chinese institutes or relevant units.
3). Invitation letter of a trade fair
Does anyone have any information pertaining to this? I can supply booked flights and accommodation. I can also supply a letter from our Regional Office in Singapore, but not sure if this is acceptable.
Thanks

Dear, invitation letter from Chinese business or trade partner is needed, so you can ask for Chinese clients to provide this letter. Or, you can contact with Chinese Embassy in New Zealand for detailed information.
