About:240-hour Visa-free Transit in Beijing, Tianjin & Hebei

arrival Beijing by plane and leave by train, come back by train and leave by plane

Hi, I am a citizin of the Netherlands and have a passport from the Netherlands. In Oktober I will arrive by plane in Beijing (form Amsterdam) and will leave within 144 hours by train to North Korea (pass the border within 144 hour).
Q: do I need a visa or can I make use of the 144-hour visa free transit?

8 days later I will depart from North Korea by train to Beijing. I will stay in Beijing for two more days before I depart back to the Netherlands.
Q: do I need a visa for this part or can I make use of the 144-hour visa free transit or do I need for the whole trip a double entry visa?

The train to and from North Korea require a visa. The only train station eligible is West Railway Station which is the ordinary through train to Hong Kong. North Korea train uses a different station
