Transfer procedures T3; I-I at Beijing Capital Airport

Hi, I am transferring in PEK internationally (different companies, same terminal T3). Do I pick up my luggage and go directly to the boarding gate, or do I need to go through immigration first, pick up my luggage, and then go back through the security process? Thank you in advance for your responds.

Do you transfer International to International? If so, the procedure is Flight Arrival-Transfer Procedures-Border Inspection-Security Check-Custom Inspection-Waiting & Boarding.
