About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

24hr free transit visa

Hi,
I (Filipino with US visa) and my bf (Iranian with US green card living in the US) are going to Philippines with transit to Beijing for less than 24hrs. Do we both need to get tourist vise in advance or we can avail the free visa transit? Thanks for quick response!

If your itinerary is:

US - Beijing - Philippines

and your entire transit, from your first scheduled arrival in China until your last scheduled departure from China is less than 24 hours, you are both definitely eligible for 24 hour visa free transit. There is no need for any kind of visa. Just have your tickets in your hands in hard copy and that's it.
