USA=>Tianjin (1 niight) => CRUISE to (Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan)

From United States to Tianjin for one night then board the cruise ship to Japan, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Taiwan, USA

Does Hong Kong stop affect the 144 visa free policy?

As I know, 144-hour visa free is not applied to Hong Kong. Besides, USA passport holders do not require a visa for a visit to Hong Kong. The Hong Kong visa free period for USA passport holders are 90 days.
