Travelling between HK and Shenzhen with a valid visa for mainland China

I will be making a 10-day visit to mainland China with a tourist visa. I am ending my stay with three days in HK and wanted to have a day trip to SZ.
Do I need any additional documents to go from HK to SZ and back the same day?
Many thanks and best regards,

Javier, if I have properly understood you, you plan to visit SZ as a day trip after you have exited mainland China, right? You didn't mention what kind of visa you will have at the time of your travel, but I will assume that you will have just a single entry visa.

If my conclusion is correct, you will have to apply for a 5 day SZ visa at one of the border crossings, preferably at Lo Wu / Luohu. The price for a Spanish passport holder is 168 CNY and you should also bring a passport size photo.

You will need this visa because your original visa that you will use it during your travel through mainland China ceases to be valid at the very moment of your crossing from mainland China to Hong Kong because Hong Kong and Macau in the same way, have different and autonomous immigration policies from mainland China. So, you will return for a day back in mainland China and you will have to obtain the mentioned VOA for that purpose.
