24-hours visa leaving by train
I'm planning to take the Trans Mongolian Railway from Beijing to Moscow.
I will arrive in Beijing by plane on a Tuesday at 8.30 am.
Wednesday I will board the train at 7.35 am in Beijing.
The train will cross the Chinese/Mongolian border around 1 am Thursday.
Is that possible on a 24-hour visa? I'm a little confused whether the departure time is the time the train leaves Beijing or the time the train leaves China.
