About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 visa free transit when travelling with stop of 1 hour ?

I'm having a very last minute trip to Shanghai so i couldnt get a Visa, if my flight from Belgium has a stop for only 1 hour in Germany does that count as a third country, whill it be accepted, and what do i have to do so i get my 144 hour Visa free transit please

Yes, it's accepted. Upon arrival in Shanghai, you need to follow the direction signs for international passengers to go through the channel for dealing 144h visa-free transit you will get a sticker on your passport.
