About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit
Hotel refusal guests transit visa free
Hi, I would like to visit Shanghai for few days. I am travelling AMS - PVG - DMK, so following the ABC transit logic. When making an online hotel reservation for Shanghai I am getting below response which confuses me a lot..Am i not allowed to stay in hotel, can I be refused as guest ? Kindly clarify!
IMPORTANT NOTICE：
According to the law of EXIT&ENTRY ADMINISTRATION MINISTRY of PUBLIC SECURITY OF SHANGHAI, all tourists must check-in and register on the Reception with the valid visa. If not, you should bear all the responsibility.
The hotel will not accept reservations with transit visa-free from now on.
