I am a Filipino citizen , Can i use full Chinese visa for Shenzhen VOA?

If you are already in possession of full Chinese visa, you don't need VOA. You will just appear at the border and cross it to make a visit to the city using your already obtained visa. By the way, you should know that it is impossible to have both, full Chinese visa and in the same time to obtain SZ VOA.0
