Do I qualified for visa exception?

I'm a USA citizen traveling from (Los Angeles -Xiamen-Seoul, South Korea) layover of Hours 2:40 in Xiamen on Sep 6,2019. Returning from Seoul, South corea - Xiamen - Los Angeles, on September 28, 2019. A layover of 30 hours in Xiamen. Do I qualified for the visa exception?

Yes you do. For the first portion of your itinerary, you will be covered by 24 hours visa free transit in Xiamen and during your second arrival in Xiamen, you will enjoy 144 hours visa free transit in Xiamen. Of course, my answer is relevant in case that you have reported all your stops within an itinerary.
