About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

144 hour rule for business

Just to clarify, it doesn't matter the reason to be in China in order to be eligible for the 144 hour visa exemption? My husband will be there for 3 days conducting training (he owns a US-based company, and is acting as a training consultant for a company that is located in China).

Exactly. All legal activities are allowed under 144 hours visa free transit including tourism and business.
