144 hours visa - advise

Hello!I wonder if I can ask some advice!I have a Danish colleague working in Czech Republic, he will be in Shanghai for three days and then heading to Singapore  – would that qualify for the 144 hour visa please?

Yes, he could easily qualify for 144 hours visa free transit, but his itinerary has to look like this:X country (not mainland China, not Singapore) - Shanghai - SingaporeSo, if he can make a combination of flights to be in transit, i.e. to have three countries within an itinerary, he will be eligible and will enter, stay and depart from Shanghai without a visa.One more detail. Please, use correct terminology because this is not 144 hour visa, but visa free transit.
