Your entire itinerary:

London - Beijing - Tokyo
Tokyo (Yokohama) - South Korea - Beijing (Tianjin) - London

If those are all your stops within an itinerary, you will be covered by 24 hours visa free transit twice.

The only difference will be between your two stops in Beijing (Tianjin):

- The first arrival will be a pure transit between two international flights and you will probably not even exit transit area and that implies that you will not apply for 24 hours free entry permit, but just remain at the airport.
- The second arrival will be different because you will apply for 24 hours free entry permit upon your arrival in Tianjin and it will be granted simply because you have to travel by train or bus to reach Beijing airport.

Enjoy your trip.
