About:Visa on Arrival

If I fly to Hong Kong with a Malaysia passport, can I apply Shenzhen visa upon arrival?

I cannot apply Shenzhen visa in Singapore?

Honestly speaking, the situation with Malaysian citizens is somewhat unclear at the moment, but generally, VOA is granted to Malaysians in case that they have been granted a Chinese visa previously. There are reports that Malaysians are also granted VOA even without the mentioned condition. In any case, I wish you a good luck and hope you will be granted one.
