About:Haikou Meilan Airport

Cruise with 144 hour visa

We are flying from London to Beijing on 3rd October then getting on a cruise at Tianjin port on 7th October. During the cruise we do visit Hong Kong and Taipei. Do we qualify for the 144 hour transit visa?
