Shanghai on a 10 hour layover

If I land in Pudong at 4:30am then have a layover for 10 hours, is this enough time to explore The Bund, the markets and the oriental tower? If so, please may you advise on the easiest and quickest way to get from the airport directly to the Bund? Will the trains be running into the city at around 6am? or are there any English apps for guides around the city?
Thank you so much for any help you can provide.

1.Hi, I'm afraid that you can only explore at most two attractions as the time is so tight.

2.From the airport to the Bund, you can take Metro Line 2 to East Nanjing Road. Get out of the Exit 3 and walk east about 850m. It takes about 70 mins. The first metro departs at 6:00.

3. I'm sorry but there is no such English app for guides around the city.
