About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Visa Exemption Transit Information

Good Morning,
I wanna know if i have possibilites to obtain a free visa.
My flight will be Chicago to Shangai (i arrived 14:30 pm on Dezember 5) and come back Shangai to Chicago 17pm on Dezember 9. I will stay around 96h

Gustavo, you aren't eligible for visa free transit, and you should apply for transit visa in advance.

Just to correct the above answer! You are not eligible for visa free transit because your itinerary Chicago - Shanghai - Chicago is not a transit, but a visit to China. So, pre-arranged visa is a must.
