About:Visa on Arrival

I’m a Filipino passport holder with USA tourist visa on my old passport

And I been in Shenzhen before with a group visa entering Shenzhen from Hongkong for two days and back to Hk . Question Do I qualify for 5 days VOA even I just stay for 3 days because I want to avail the piso fare promo of Cebu pacific ? I want to visit again Shenzhen in lowest fare promo in Philippine.thanks

So does it means that I have to apply via in Thailand befor the trip?

You can contact the VOA office. If they say yes, then just apply for it when get to Shenzhen. If they say no, then you need to apply for a visa before your trip.

When we talk about the Chinese visa that has been granted previously, then we talk about the visa that was granted by Chinese consulates and/or embassies and not about some other VOAs or group visas. So, as Roa has mentioned, you should definitely call VOA officer, but I assume that probably the best bet would be to call Luohu border crossing that issues by far the largest portion of Shenzhen VOAs at (0755)82324022.
