About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Can I avail a 72 hours visa-free

I’m a US citizen from US to HK, Cambodia, Thailand, Beijing back to HK then flying back to US. Can I avail the 72 hours visa-free

If the order of your flights you have mentioned is correctly presented, especially a portion Thailand - Beijing - Hong Kong, then you are definitely eligible for 144 hours visa free transit in Beijing. Please, you should have in mind that your flight from Thailand to Beijing should not have any additional landing in mainland China or in Hong Kong and that your flight from Beijing to Hong Kong should not have any additional landing within mainland China. If the mentioned two flights are nonstop, you are perfectly fine. By the way, there is no 72 hours anymore because it was supplemented with 144 hours.
