About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

turkish citizen

Turkish citizen entering china airport Guangzhou on 12 hour stop over. am i eligible for free 24 hour transit to leave the airport to check out the sites?

You are definitely eligible for 24 hours visa free transit in Guangzhou, but to exit the airport you will have to apply upone landing in Guangzhou for 24 hours free entry permit. You have to know that the issuing of entry permit is always upon discretion of immigration official. You and me can just hope that your application will be granted, but you should not be surprised if rejected. Please, juts be ready to stay for the entire length of your layover in the transit zone of Guangzhou airport. I think that I don't have to explain too much and too wide the reasons for such approach.
