About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Once arriving in China and leaving after a week, can I use the remaining time left within the year

If you only have a single-entry visa and you use it for this trip, you cannot use it to enter any more because it expires once you leave. If you make use of China's 144h visa-free transit for this trip and save your single entry, you can use your visa to enter within its validity.
