144 hour transit without visa shanghai district

Would this itinerary qualify for 144 hour transit without visa?
Finnair flight from London to Nanjing (2 nights),Train to SH (2 nights),Korean airways flight to Seoul then back to London from Seoul with Finnair.

Yes its allowed since Nanjing and Shanghai airports are part of the same transit zone. You can travel throughout the Shanghai, Jiangsu, Zhejiang provinces, you just cant go to another transit zone like Beijing for example.
