what’s needed for a minors visa traveling with a non parent.

My 15 year old son is going to China with his uncle (my brother).
*What does my son and my brother need to do to get travel visas?
*What will they need to provide when getting visas since my son is a minor traveling with an adult that isn’t his parent?
*as the parent so I need to provide anything giving permission for my son to travel with my brother without me?
*note that my husband is deceased so I am a single parent. Will I need to provide his death certificate so that my permission is enough since I am the only parent?

Hi, they need to provide valid passports, application form and recent photo, round trip air tickets, hotel reservation, your permission letter and copy of your busband's death certificate.
