About:China Tourist Visa

what’s needed for a minors visa traveling with a non parent.

My 15 year old son is going to China with his uncle (my brother).
*What does my son and my brother need to do to get travel visas?
*What will they need to provide when getting visas since my son is a minor traveling with an adult that isn’t his parent?
*as the parent so I need to provide anything giving permission for my son to travel with my brother without me?
*note that my husband is deceased so I am a single parent. Will I need to provide his death certificate so that my permission is enough since I am the only parent?
