is voa available for bao'an stadium area?

Hi there! I am from Romania and I am planning to go on a concert this November which takes place in Bao'an Stadium. I read multiple information and not sure if Bao'an district is part of Shenzhen and can travel there from Hong Kong applying for a 5 day VOA. I read my country is eligible for it and I will have documentation for hotel accommodation and return flight ticket. Do you think I would have any problems?And if you are kind enough to advise which entry to Shenzhen I should go to to be closer to Bao'an area as I want to go straight from the Hong Kong airport and my flight should arrive at 5 pm.Thank you so much!Thanks!

Yes, Shenzhen VOA is definitely valid for travel and stay in Bao'an District because Bao'an District is one of nine districts comprising the city of Shenzhen. Of course, Bao'an Stadium is within the borders of Bao'an District, so Shenzhen VOA is valid for your visit and stay in and around that stadium. Also, your citizenship is definitely eligible. The best way to reach the area around Bao'an stadium is to take a MTR East Rail Line train from Hung Hom station in Kowloon area of Hong Kong that goes directly to Lo Wu border crossing. At this crossing you will tell to Hong Kong immigration authorities that you intend to obtain Shenzhen VOA and they will allow you to proceed on foot to Louhu crossing that is located on mainland Chinese side. There you will apply for Shenzhen VOA. You can pay in cash or with your credit card. After you exit Luohu border crossing you will just catch line number 1 of Shenzhen metro that will bring you directly to Bao'an stadium. Actually, that station is called Bao'an Stadium. Basically, as you can see everything is very simple.
