Consent letter Leglisation?

I am Going to register my marriage in Pakistan. In the Chinese Embassy Website it is mentioned that for Marriage certificate to be attested they needed Single Marriage certificate and a consent letter from chinese side. So I need to know what is the process of getting these two certificates and do my Fiancé need to attest it from the Foreign office in China and Pakistan Embassy in Beijing? What is the full procedure so can we get those two certificates and get our marriage certificate attested by the Chinese Embassy in Pakistan? Thanks
How can i get the sample of these certificates?

Hi, your finace needs to get his single marriage certificate and consent letter from local civil affairs bureau and then authenticate the documents in Pakistan Embassy in China.

Does it needs to be attested by the Chinese Foreign Office? Or Embassy of Pakistan in Beijing?

Yes, the documents need to be attested by Pakistan Embassy in Beijing.
