do i need parents consent

sir/maam
may i ask if do i need parents consent to married my Chinese live in partner his 34 and im 22 we already have first son and.soon having second baby 😊
i want to know if do i need parents consent
my mother is already died my father i don't know where he his i have brothers and my second mother my mother older sister

As you are over the minimum age limit for getting married in China, you don't need parents consent in order to marry your partner in China.
