About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit
What visa needed for 14 1/2 hour layover Hong Kong for US citizen?
I'm arriving in Hong Kong at 9 PM from Hanoi and depart 11:15 AM the next morning for San Francisco. I'm a US Citizen. I would like to exit the airport and spend the night in a hotel before flying on the next day. Do I need a transit or 24 hour visa. If so, what visa do I apply for and how and where? If I don't need a visa, can you please show me the documentation that shows I don't need this transit visa for this trip.
