Shanghai 144 hours transit without visa

Amsterdam-SH(because there is no direct flight to wenzhou)-wenzhou-SH-bangkok. For 5 days. Can I enter china with a 144 hours transit without visa?

Yes, you can if you won't go other Chinese mainland cities.
