Transit without visa 144 hours

Hi, I have a dutch passport. Can I travel from amsterdam to shanghai/wenzhou, stay in wenzhou for 4 days and then fly back to shanghai, stay there for 1 day and then to thailand, apply for the transit 144 hour visa free entry? How many times can one use the transit 144 hours without visa? Because I have to fly back from thailand, stay for 1 day in shanghai and then fly back to amsterdam. Is this allowed? Thanks

Your route is fine. There’s no limit on frequency of use.
