A student, during the stay in China can travel to another country and then return as many times as wanted with a X2 visa?

If you hold the multiple entry type, you can travel to another country and then return as many times as you want.

So it means that you can request a X2 visa with multiple entries? I had the idea that you don't have this as an option.
