Is there a system to catch Taxi at Wuhan Tianhe Intl Airport?

First visit to China, Will arrive Tianhe Intl Airport. Family of 3, I need a taxi to Dorsett Hotel. Is there a system to catch Taxi at Airport? Approx cost?

In fact, there is a special area in the airport for taxis and you can take taxi from there directly. The fare is about CNY70 per taxi to your hotel.
