Vietnamese student in Singapore applying Visa to HK

I m vietnamese who study in Singapore and would like to visit Hong Kong, what document and which type of Visa should I apply?

You can apply for tourist type and provide your passport, application and recent photo, proof of financial standing, transportation arrangement and hotel reservation.

All other docs are ok except financial standing as she is still pursuing her uni course with no income and supported by family.
Can she submit course confirmation from uni instead?
