About:China Family Reunion Visa

Question regarding Q1 visa

I am an Indian citizen, currently living in China and married to a Chinese woman. I want to call my parents to China and for a long stay. So my question is if I call them here on a tourist visa, can I apply for their Q1 visa after they reach here?

Mufi, you can call them on Q1 and apply for residence permit within 30 days of their arrival in China.
