About:China Visa Application Procedure and Fee

Arriving at T3 on Singapore Airlines and departing from T2 on Air Astana at Beijing Capital Airport

We will arrive in T3 from Singapore on Singapore Airlines and depart from T2 on Air Astana. How do I transfer for International Departure from T3 to T2? Do we need to collect luggage first and then check in at T2?

If you need to collect luggage depends on if your flight is a connecting flight or not. Generally, you don't need to collect it if it is a connecting flight. You need to verify it with your air company. However, if you transfer from a international flight to domestic flight, you need to recheck luggage. You can follow the English signs to transfer from T3 to T2.
