About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

I have a UK and USA passport.

Can I apply to the London visa processing centre for a 10-year visa in my US passport or is it easier to apply when I am in NYC?

Amy, you can apply in London, but it may be easier when you apply in NYC.
