About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

TRANSIT IN CHINA. I HAVE A COSTA RICAN PASSPORT

I AM TRAVELLING TO THE PHILIPPINES FROM ROME ITALY WITH CHINA SOUTHERN AIRLINE ,ON THE WAY BACK I HAVE TWO STOP OVER IN CHINA ONE IN GUANGZHOU (CAN INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT FOR 7 HOURS)AND ANOTHER ONE IN WUHAN (WUH AIRPORT FOR 1:35 HOUR),DO I NEED ANY KIND OF VISA?

Is the wuhan(Wuh international airport)issuing the 24 hours free transit for a Costa Rican passport holder?
