Z visa application in a third country

I hold a dual citizenship of both Australian and Vietnamese. I have a young son who is also holds dual citizenship.

We are currently in Shenyang China on business (for myself) and tourist (for my son) visas.

I'm looking to apply for Z visa and have already been granted an electronic notice of foreigners work permit.

Will we be able to apply for Z type (for myself on Vietnamese passport) and S type (for my son on Australian passport) in Korea (a third country) because Seoul is our nearest application Centre? What documents do we need?

Yes, you can apply in Korea. You need to provide your passports, application forms and recent photos, original and copy of your Korea visas, copy of your son' s birth certificate, Foreigners Employment Permit, and invitation letter or confirmation letter of invitation.
