About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Australia passport , (Sydney-> HK (transfer in 3 hour) ->beijing (144 hour) -> HK (3 week) -> Sydney

May I know this is satisfy 144 hour visa free ?

Sorry, your route is HK - Beijing - HK, and this is not allowed under 144-hour visa-free transit.

Any different ?, if Sydney -> beijing (144 hours) -> HK -> Sydney

The last itinerary is definitely qualified for 144 hours visa free transit. Anyway, you should keep in mind that your flight from Sydney to Beijing should not have any additional landing in mainland China or in Hong Kong!
